In one of our first conversations Greg told me that he
would go above and beyond the call of duty in finding
me a home. He stuck to his word. I was nervous about purchasing
my first home, but Greg did a magnificent job of walking
me through the process step-by-step and answering all
my questions. Even when I had questions for my lender
or the title company, Greg was the person that I called
because I knew that he would find me an answer. Greg gave
me moving suggestions, called me from Costco to give me
prices on appliances, and was even willing to come to
my home to meet the appliance deliverymen while I was
at work! I would consider Greg the finest, most trustworthy
realtor in Las Vegas. I found a place that I truly love
and am able to call "my home", all thanks to
Greg!

Greg brought just the right personality to our home-selling
process. He was easy-going throughout the transaction,
calmly explaining all the details we needed to understand
our options. He took us through all the steps in such
a way that we didn't have to worry about anything, and
he helped keep our stress levels low. Meanwhile, behind
the scenes, he handled all the details and kept everything
going smoothly. He clearly knew what he was doing. He
was always there to calmly answer our questions whenever
we called. He was instrumental in helping us close early
on the purchase of our new house, even though he was not
our agent for that transaction. (If only we knew about
Greg when we started looking for a new house, that transaction
would have gone smoother). Because of Greg, selling our
home was easy and painless. We are fortunate to have had
